Booking conditions

Privatized cottage: reservation on the site with payment of 25% deposit at reservation (non-refundable amount) and the balance 30 days before the start date of the stay in the cottage

Room / Suite: reservation on the site with 25% deposit (non-refundable sum) upon reservation and balance online or on site upon arrival

All bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival date will be settled immediately.

Cancellation conditions :

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the lessor.

For any cancellation, the 25% deposit is non-refundable and remains the property of the lessor.

For any cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the entire amount will remain the property of the lessor except in the event of force majeure (death or hospitalisation of the lessee) proven by an official document.

Any reduction in the duration of the rental period is equivalent to a cancellation.
